er...? ;)
It just feels nobody dares to write comments / or reads other people's posts so I figured I'd just check. ;)
don't worry, there are still a few of us out there alive! come on everybody, a small gesture to reassure Mr Romero, let us all post a comment :)
I've read this message!
Yeah, me too! It means I do read this blog! (And please check out my own blog, too!)
Congrats for this brilliant idea.
It reminds me of this "I wuz here!" that vandals carve in wood or stone, etc. in famous places (e.g. Eiffel Tower).
So SOME people DO read this blog after all. To be honest, I felt like posting something really, I mean REALLY outrageous just to check how many people were actually paying attention, a bit like when you're teaching and you just say something completely nonsensical because you feel nobody's listening... except I meant to post something REALLY REALLY outrageous! I suppose now you'll just have to guess what it was...
hahahahahha
I've read this message too, so I'm writing a comment ;)
Don't worry, we pay attention!!! Or at least a few of us...
Posting something really outrageous? It's quite a shame that you didn't dare to post the tremendous Lawn Mower Scene from Peter Jackson's Braindead… Well, it's done, now. I hope that everyone who'll be shocked by that will now turn against me by posting other comments!
Braindead is NOT outrageous and I'll challenge anyone who dares say so to a duel.
wow, that was some piece of artwork! makes you feel like eating a good steak --rare, preferably!
Let's be surrealist: this is not a comment :p!
Here's my comment ;-)...
Larry, I saw you and Adrien on platform 3 in Ottignies train station this morning... but you ignored me completely! ;)
Well, now there are lots of comments! Before this one, there were 14, but written by 9 different people (including this entry's writer)… So we can reasonably assume that there is just about a dozen of people actually reading this blog. Or at least who dare to post a comment.
Do not be afraid to do so if you haven't yet, then!
[@ Lieven Vandelanotte]
Well, well, well, that's a surprise! Our train was delayed (as usual!) and we were actually speaking (even moaning) with an unknown Louvaniste. Where were you hiding on platform 3? Neither Adrien, (Noémie Charlier) nor I did notice you! :s
[er... if you were right in front of us, I should consider buying new glasses!]
[@ Simon Lab@]
Reading is easier than writing! This is why I'm pretty sure there is a lot more than 12 readers (... well, I hope so ^^). Aren't there any official stats?
I'm afraid this isn't WebCampus, which means no stats. We sure wish...
Hi everybody! I have read this message in Cologne. Best wishes from this fantastic city!
Justine
Maybe the problem is not that we don't dare to write comments but that we don't know what to write. ;) Don't worry: I'm sure a lot of people read this blog.
Braindead? Surprising, yes, but not shocking and certainly not outrageous!
For some Braindead would definitely be outrageous, due to the amount of "blood". I don't find it outrageous at all, but just a perfect example of a gory movie, if not the goriest of all time. I want to thank Mr Romero for showing me that last year: my addiction to YouTube started at that time, and since then I'm hooked to that website, watching hundreds of silly videos. (Who said I was working all day long?)
I've read this message from Maastricht! We'll write news from here very soon ;-)
"A comment" to show I saw the post.
[@ simon lab@]
Braindead isn't outrageous, just a bit gore. I've got this one for you.
Don't be shocked by the title, it is not what it looks like ... Don't ask me how I found it
That's just so silly!
Well now I guess that all the readers have posted their own comment… If not, please do it!
(Perhaps we should put a reward at stake.)
[@ simon lab@]
1. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink (btw very useful expression)! But the more, the merrier! Come on guys...
2. What kind of reward? As a former student, I'm not at all interested in getting extra marks. :p
[@ Larry Valentin]
I don't know: the teachers should come up with something…
Any ideas?
Martin, how the h@#? did you get that link from? I had the impression you were a very reserved kind of student, but first the "69" comment during the practice session, and now this video... Naughty Naughty Boy!
a comment!
Guillaume! Such eloquence! I am moved beyond expression.
[@ simon lab@]
Hi simon,
Let's see: free tickets for the next movie, free books, free subscriptions to something, free DVDs, free computers (mental note: this might be OTT), free...
Well, do you think a "thank you for posting" will be enough?
[@ Guillaume Bayet]
Hey Guix, you're always welcome to LLN whenever you want. ;)
Hi!
I have read this message.
best wishes from Cologne,
justine
[@ eloy jm romero-muñoz]
I am not the naughtiest, I heard somebody among us enjoyed being spanked by his wife ;)
"Tell them nothing if you can"... I should probably remember that one sentence...
[@ eloy romero-muñoz]
Only those who attended today's exercise hour will understand what Martin actually refers to…
The "Tell them nothing if you can" should be the sentence that one should keep in mind all the time. Especially teachers… ;)
Now we'll spot every little sentence that's got something fishy to it, and then we'll post it here. Isn't that a great idea? Who's with me in this quest for the Holy Grail of blunders?
I'll gladly contribute a few such memorable sentences don't worry
Great! I'm looking forward to tomorrow's exercise hour, then!
Apart from that, I was wondering there were still people still reading this rather long series of comments. If you do then "please write a comment!". (This is just to make sure there are other mouse potatoes keeping an eye on this page.)
Behold... I'm still there!
(Don't start booing me :p)
[@ Eloy JM Romero-Muñoz]
Mr. Romero-Muñoz, we (that is a group of former students) saw you in Namur (rue de l'Ange) on Friday morning... but we were not quite sure if you ignored us, you were in a hurry, you were afraid of us or you didn't see us at all. ;)
Larry, I swear I must've been daydreaming. I would never ignore former students, trust me.
Ah! Finally someone other than Larry read this!!! I thought it would never happen…
